Semi-personal training is a group of 2 – 6 participants, exercising at the same time under the supervision of a personal trainer.
- Each participant has his or her own personal program.
- Keeping cost down by exercising in a group format is not only economical, but motivational as well.
- You are welcome to join with a friend, or as most do, solo.
- The groups break down as follows: 2 – 3 participants, 4 – 5 participants, and 6 participants.
